Helsinki Biennial Vallisaari staff of 70 workers is an important part of the biennial experience. Helsinki Biennial chose to partner up with Nomen Nescio to create unique, functional and sustainable workwear for the staff.
Nomen Nescio studio has designed Helsinki Biennial staff uniforms and an exclusive capsule collection of limited edition products to Helsinki Biennial shops.
“I feel that our brands are a perfect match; sustainability has been a core value in creating and producing Helsinki Biennial right from the start. Also appealing to us was the minimalistic aesthetic of Nomen Nescio; it goes well together with Helsinki Biennial’s monochrome visual identity that enables us to highlight the artworks,” says Jenni Kuisma-Dillemuth, Head of Helsinki Biennial’s marketing and communications.
Nomen Nescio x Helsinki Biennial capsule collection includes hoodies, t-shirts, bandanas, beanies and caps. The collection pieces are modern everyday classics, all in black made from premium sustainable materials. The collection is available at the Helsinki Biennial shop in Vallisaari, HAM shop at Tennis Palace and online. The Helsinki Biennial bandana scarfs are also available at Nomen Nescio stores.
Helsinki Biennial is a totally unique art experience in the beautiful archipelago of Helsinki. Exhibiting the international and local artworks in the surrounding nature is reflecting something really Finnish and makes the experience one of a kind.
